Friendly helpful happy staff. Always willing to assist.
This Storage Mart is exceptional. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and highly customer satisfaction oriented. They have treated us very well and made the experience a delight!
Three or four times as much as Walmart or Canadian tire, or adjacent vendors. Bot bubble wrap and a tape gun prior do a weekend of moving. Never ended up using either of them, then try to return them two days later, and they would not refund them. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Heather was an absolute pleasure to deal with professional and friendly
Hayley is professional and personable. The process for renting, accessing and closing are smooth and effortless. The storage lockers and grounds are well maintained and safe. I knew my belongings were secure and that gave me peace of mind.
