Autumn was an amazing customer service person who answered all my questions, as I have never rented a storage unit before. Climate controlled and great price on the unit as well!
The employees are extremely rude... they keep crazy hours as if I was a child. Can not be on the property after 10pm?!? Come on man. Missouri summers are brutal! You expect me to utilize my store unit and my personal belongings with the sun beating down and humidity off the charts. Its much cooler at night. And I work 12 hours a day! Nighttime is the only time I can get to the unit! And then I pay much more then the other units in the area! $30 more a month! I'm done!!! I'll be moving the end of this month. Easy to work with.
Upon ending my storage there I let them know at the desk. Expecting a refund since it was just 4 days ago they charge me. They tell me I never gave notice. I was never told about this at the beginning. He shows me on page 3 of the lease. That’s what I call a company being desperate. It should have been on 1st page. Best thing to do is find a place that knows how to treat a customer and not hide it .
