The Best Customer Service! I've had a great experience at the Hillside, IL location! Farrah went over and beyond to help me switch out my unit to a bigger unit. She was very kind, patient and cared enough to work on my situation after I left the store. She called ME back with the solution I needed. We need more people like Farrah especially in the customer service field! She was extremely helpful in so many ways! I can not thank her enough! Thank you Farrah!
