I have a unit at the Redick Ave location in Omaha. I had a concern with the billing and contacted Matt, the location manager. He looked into the problem and got a resolution from the corporate headquarters quickly. I have been using this location for many years and have always been very satisfied with the service I have received from Matt.
Storage Mart on Riddick, I had to call today due my fault on a payment issue, I spoke with Mark manager, he was able to take care of what needed to been done, very Professional, I have called before and everyone i have spoken with were very nice, would definitely recommend if you need storage😊😊

Great storage space to rent from…Matt is very responsive and always a pleasure talking to when I need to get in contact with him I highly recommend for anybody looking to have a peace of mind while storing there things
Our time was up, and we needed to move our vintage convertible. We keep the top down for a reason year round. It was 13 degrees and snowy out when the day came we had to move out. This Storage Mart worked with us. It was such a relief they understood and helped us in a fair manner. So refreshing. I have a new respect for this storage company.
