Our time was up, and we needed to move our vintage convertible. We keep the top down for a reason year round. It was 13 degrees and snowy out when the day came we had to move out. This Storage Mart worked with us. It was such a relief they understood and helped us in a fair manner. So refreshing. I have a new respect for this storage company.
I don’t like that I just paid for my storage unit and same week I have to pay again because they’re due on the 1st that should be something that’s clear when u pay the first time I could’ve waited until Feb I haven’t even used my storage or checked in yet and I’m already paying for 2 months in one week that’s ridiculous no matter the rules it it’s easier ways to do this and that ain’t it
I’ve rented with this storage mart and had multiple units for over 3 years. I highly recommend for sizing, access and pricing. The couple times I needed assistance from the office, I usually email instead of calling. Matt always promptly responds and provides the best solutions the accommodated my needs.
Matt the store manager is amazing ‼️He goes above and beyond . I had never had a storage unit before and he has made everything very simple in understanding the process. Especially with me moving out of the unit very soon. I will be recommending that particular location especially because Matt is there. Thank you Matt for always being so helpful. God Bless✝️
