One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, they acted bothered by my presence and spoke with an attitude that was unacceptable. This business clearly does not value its customers at all. I will never return and will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere.
There are rats running on the roof; rat droppings in my 2 adjacent units; rat droppings at the entry door and on carpet in front of units. An item of mine was chewed up, and had to be discarded. I will post photos as I see things.
