Although Keith may be great as far as attentive to calls, I’d be sure and clarify actual costs of unit and how often they will raise the price on you. You would think that by being a good customer, making payments on time that they’d want to keep you. It’s a lot easier this way as opposed to finding new tenants to occupy space. (My background is in census and business development) Pricing was one of the factors I took into consideration when deciding on the unit.
