Sadly, I'm downgrading the 5-star review I left when I first rented a unit to 2.5 stars, rounded to 3 because personnel on site are helpful and polite. But several complaints about insulation falling into the unit were never addressed, and the temperature in an "air conditioned" unit is kept too high to be able to be in the space comfortably or adequately protect items.
