4.5 is the rating I give to Storagemart. At first, it was difficult getting ahold of anyone but once I did, service was efficient and kind. Upon my third month, I received a notice that my payment was late, and that I was being charged their insurance fee, even though I had provided them a copy of my own in surance. Gentleman, I believe name is Joe, told me he did not have a copy, I assurd him I did and that I did not get charged for it the first two months. Mary was very helpful and answered all my questions and made the whole process very clear and easy. 👍
Bait and switch pricing. Just got a notice after being there for 3-4 months that I've been "enjoying" anniversary sale prices. Wait, what?! That was definately not clear to me when I signed up and moved all my crap in. Such BS.
