Started the process of renting a storage unit online, a representative contacted me to help with picking a size and finish up the rental logistics. Got email confirmation and entry code, all in less than 15 minutes. Didn’t even have to contact the on site employee upon arriving at the facility. Easy and simple process.
I rented a parking space for my camper. Started in 2018, it was $80/mo. Absolutely nothing has changed since then. I continually had their lawn people blow grass on my camper and the spot was rarely ever cleaned of leaves and debris. As of my last day, I was now paying $252 a month for the same spot. 215% increase for nothing more than to park my camper on concrete. Absolutely ridiculous. It was secure and nothing happened to my camper while it was parked there.
StorageMart has been nothing but helpful since the moment I chose to store with them. Would definitely recommend and use again!
