I went and rented a unit from the location in st Thomas I paid for it cost me 150$ for a month I broke my hand next day and was not able to put a lock on my unit for a week because I ride a bike and couldn't get there ,they messaged me and asked me to lock it I explained my situation about my hand then 3 days later they sent me a email saying I no longer have my unit anymore and took the monthly payment and booted me from my storage unit all because it didnt have a lock on it ! Great customer service from the moment we walked in! It was very important to the staff that we were satisfied and had the exact unit we needed. They took us on a tour of several different storage units so we could choose what was right for us. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone for their storage needs.
