This would’ve stayed a 5-star review—until my unit was broken into, which was the second break-in in less than 6 months that I know of. The first happened to a friend who also rented here. I wasn’t informed by StorageMart about it—she told me not them. Wasn’t even notified the property had been breached at all. When I asked what was being done to improve security after my own unit got broken-in to, the response was vague and completely unacceptable.
