beyond ridiculous customer service, makes it difficult to make payments, terrible communication and just rude to their customers. wouldn't recommend, access storage is better

Our storage unit has been broken into THREE times now. The first time was before Christmas - our lock was cut and we lost expensive sentimental items. We had insurance - we thought it would be okay. After filing a police report, we were then told there was insufficient evidence by the insurance company through Storage Mart, stating there was not enough evidence that we were robbed. Last month our indoor storage unit along with every indoor unit got broken into. Every unit was ransacked with belongings thrown everywhere. The thieves had lots of time to do all the damage and break every lock. This place lacks of any kind of security for this to happen.
