Check in process was super easy. The unit was in great shape and as clean as possible (minor debris from the wind that day but not too bad). Will helped me finish the check in process, and he was very friendly and knowledgable. Overall my experience was great. I had no issues or complaints.
Shout to Stephanie at the Regina SK location!! Her customer service went above and beyond. She went out of her way to accommodate me on short notice. I found it was extremely easy to rent a storage unit. I feel secure knowing I have a safe space to store items. Would definitely come back!
