New renters can rent a storage unit at a reasonable price, BUT, once you’ve signed a rental agreement and moved in, the rent increases begin. Steep irregular increases but at least 2-3 per year. I rented a 10x20 unit for over 2 yrs. Within that time my rent increased from: $245/mth to $417/mth despite their advising at less than $100/mth (special)/ $184/mth (regular).
