Great location! I love the wide drive lanes, two gates, and the peace of mind having my stuff stored here. The retail store has boxes, tape, bubble and stretch wrap, and covers, all the things I need to keep my stuff clean and safe. The manager, Lauren has always answered my questions. Jen a the West Worley location in Columbia has been very pleasant, prompt and helpful with every unit I have rented with her! Any chance I get I will recommend this location because of her!
I have only just started moving in so really can’t make an assessment yet other than the storage unit is clean and as advertised. The property looks secure and clean and the staff is most helpful and nice. I will update again as I get more experience here.
