Nice, clean storage facility hidden away behind Dick’s and PetSmart, yet right here in town. Gates and keypads work fine. Helpful people work there; most places have no people. Was able to wash my hands after loading stuff. Carmen even gave me a peppermint on my way out. :)

Our experience at the storage mart on west Worley in Columbia was outstanding this week. We had problems with the lock on our unit and Carmen the site manager was very helpful in solving our problem. Her enthusiasm in helping us was much appreciated. Carmen is breath of fresh air at this location compared to previous years. Carmen is a star for Storage Mart and I hope the company recognizes her contributions. Paul and Frankye Mehrle

They were very kind and helpful at check in. I was unable to see it then but left the lock in the unit for me. She even cut through the impossible plastic so i could use it right away!

Carmela, the storage unit manager, took great care of me with getting the unit pad lock cut off because I forgot my key on check out day! I will come back here to do any further storage needs in the future! Thanks! Josh Bell

Carmen was wonderful! She was super helpful and patient with us as we deliberated about which unit we wanted to rent. She showed us two units, explained the pros and cons of each, honestly discussed pricing with us, and was just a pure pleasure to deal with.
