Carmen was amazing, helped me and my friend right when we got there and answered all our questions! She cleaned out the unit as she helped us open it and was available if needed. She went above and beyond even when we came back to provide us with help.

Rented a unit sight unseen at storage mart. Before signing lease I went to the location to view the unit and ok it. Carmen greeted me instantly after walking in, verified who I was for security, and graciously walked me to my unit for viewing. The location is clean, well kept, and ready.
