Carmen was very helpful to me today. I am happy she is at the Worley Street location. She will have some one look into my history. I have been in the same unit at this location for years.
Yesterday when we went to the office to take care of insurance and billing changes we were welcomed by Carmen. It's so nice when a business has good customer service after the sale. Carmen was competent, efficient and professional while making us feel like we were talking to a friendly neighbor. We were just running an errand, we didn't expect a lovely experience. And we got email confirmations of the changes before we got home. Nice!
