LUCAS went above and beyond to help me while i was completely frazzled and he was extremely patient!! He is wonderful to work with.
I asked for a 5x10 unit with exterior access due to lack of lighting in an interior unit. When the movers got there, I found that we had been assigned an interior unit. There is no lighting, and no access to power for a lamp. It is a cave. Not what I wanted, but the call centre person was pleasant, but obviously did not understand my request.
They offered great service right from check-in till move out!! They were very patient in explaining the process and were willing to answer my many questions as this is the first time using a storage unit!
Great service and super clean property. very happy with our experience!
