I had a great experience working with Beth throughout my unit transfer. Coordinating everything while I was out of the country could have been stressful, but she went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Beth was consistently friendly, responsive, and helpful, and she made a genuine effort to be available whenever I needed support. She even came in after hours to help oversee my unit transfer, which I really appreciated and which speaks to the effort she put into making sure everything went smoothly. ... read more
This place is amazing. The staff is polite. The units are clean. Price is great.
5 stars! I had a great experience here over the past several months. Melody was always friendly, helpful, and very easy to deal with. She went out of her way to make things simple for me and provided excellent customer service right through to move-out. I really appreciated her help and would definitely recommend this location.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a great experience. I was dealing with a pretty stressful situation and needed a storage locker, and the associate helping me was honestly amazing. So kind, patient, helpful and understanding from start to finish. They made something that felt overwhelming seem really easy, and that meant a lot to me at the time. It’s not often you come across customer service that feels this genuine. Really grateful for the help and kindness. I would absolutely recommend this location. Bradley Hamacher
