Melody and Beth were great. They helped me recover my full payment history, even though they switched systems, and gave us tips as to where to donate clothes. Both were very helpful and great to chat with in general, and especially if I needed help with anything regarding the unit. They made my move out very smooth, easy, and enjoyable. I am moving in a couple months and came in to find out about moving supplies and also how storage works. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming in when I am ready to move.
