I am a little gobsmacked by the good reviews. My experience has not been good and they just raised my rates 30 bucks . My unit leaked and the management seems dishonest. I tried to get a smaller unit and they told me they had none available - i called as a different person and sure enough there was one.I am taking my things out of there - I was ready and happy to rent for a few more years. These guys are losers and dont deserve any business.

Rented a storage unit under their "special deal" of $40 a month. Got my first invoice and there's a $31 charge for a value coverage plan. I was never notified of the charge even after going in person to finish paperwork. The fact that their "insurance" plan is almost as much as the rental cost for the month is insane.. there is absolutely no way I would have even rented the unit had I known about the $31 fee. "we went over it with you when you were here", no you didn't otherwise I would have cancelled the rental right away. ... read more
Another great experience with changing storage lockers. Very smooth transition! I would highly recommend renting a locker here - I have rented from them a few times, and they always meet customers' needs and exceed expectations. Thank you to everyone who works here.
