The store manager is always very helpful and responsive. However, all they can do is send requests to higher level managers that aren't responsive. I had a broken door that took over 2 months to fix and it got to the point I couldn't access the unit. We were paying just over $500 a month and never missed a payment and they didn't offer any discount or refund for our inability to access our unit. There is no way to contact anyone at the corporate office to escalate concerns. Customer Service beyond the manager is worthless.
Brad got our parking space for our RV set up a while back, and it is easily accessible since I had to have the engine battery replaced recently. Very pleased!
