Shelly that helped me on the phone today was just wonderful. She was so patient and kind. Im 67 and digitally challenged and signing and sending my signature was complicating for me to say the least. She was informative and did an excellent job! Thank you Shelly!
Brad is an amazing manager. Also met Debbie who overseas all Iowa and she wonderful.
The process of getting the storage space was easy and available online (which I love because I work nights and mostly get things done overnight). When I got there though, the inside was very dirty/dusty and the lock package was cut open.
Kim was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and diligent about the comings and goings at the storage mart. We will feel good about storing our things there.
I work for a moving company all my sons moving and storage, Moved a Customer into a storage unit today, I have to say the man who helped out our customer, knows exactly what he’s doing! Mr Brad is a very respectful, kind, and a friendly business man, I would highly recommend this specific location if your needing storage you won’t be disappointed!
