"Rate adjustment" literally doubled storage unit cost, effective in 2 weeks. Should be criminal.
Horrible place. They “switched over to a new system” and constantly overbill, hoping you won’t notice. Also, they only answer the phone for new customers, existing customers get voicemail which is never monitored. Stay away.
The ladies working here are fantastic, answered all my questions and more. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing storage.
My daughter moved and was unable to store her crates until this month. The units are clean and secure. We moved her belongings out today and the company prorated the cost so we only paid for 4 days for the final month. Great company, great people.
Fantastic quick check in, super friendly staff, clean units.
