We’ve had multiple storage lockers here for several years, and the service has always been excellent. Booking is always quick and easy, and the overall experience has been consistently great.
Staff was friendly and it was very easy to onboard. They were very kind -- terrific customer service! The only reason why it's 4 stars is because there are no dollies. When we first moved in, there was 1 red one for the whole building. But for the last 3 visits, there hasn't been any dollies to be seen at all which makes it very difficult to move items. We ended up buying and bringing our own cart to move our stuff. There's also no cameras in the building, so anyone could've taken it and hid it in their unit for their own co... read more
