Pro: Place was clean and climate controlled. Staff was friendly. Con: We went there roughly 8 times over a 4 month period, and half the time we visited it smelled heavily of someone having smoked weed (basement level). We got the ‘1 month free’ deal and the price we would be paying monthly (before tax) was $150. After 3 months, we received an email stating “… we periodically review and adjust our rates…” and our new rate would go up to $180 per month. That is a 20% increase.
