Although I believe Beth ( the manager) does her best to accommodate, I have found the policies and the facilities lacking. I have rented units at this facility since 2011, with the brief exception a few years - sometimes I had up to 3 units. Currently the unit I rented is in darkness - there is no accessible light and trying to find anything is ridiculous.
