Ernie, the representative I spoke to on the phone gave me the best deal at half off what the physical store could do for a special 3 months! I didn’t feel rushed and he didn’t make me feel ignorant for some of the questions I asked. Jim, the manager at the store has been so helpful! I had no idea there was a cart that I could use! 🤯 I’ve stored my life here 3 times now and hands down this time around has been the best!
Clean, easy to find and easy check in process. I brought my own lock and was able to get the provided lock refunded easily. Staff is also very nice.
