Got a storage unit. It’s nice and close by the door. Desk manager was very courteous.

The gentleman who helped me was wonderful and when I called he was courteous and professional. The facility is clean and well maintained. My unit was spacious and easy to access and I felt my belongings were safe. HOWEVER, something is not right with the fees. My unit was advertised at $14/mo and a promotional deal was 50% off for 3 months. I never got anything 50%. My 1st month was $14-ish. The second month was $28-ish and the 3rd month $36-ish. I had lost my gate code and called the Storage Mart 800 number. John C. spent some time verifying my identity and was able to give me my gate code, saving me time and worry about getting into my unit.
