OUTSTANDING Customer Service! If you need a good place for storage this is the place!! Great place, I’ve rented here before and returned a couple years later. The On-site Manager has gone far above and beyond any other place. She truly cares about people and their wellbeing! She is Good people who cares about her property and takes her job Serious. Always shows Excellent Customer Service!!
Really great people who run this. This particular location doesn't have a lot of office hours, but you can always catch the office over on the Santa Fe storage lot. Never had any issues with my security over there. Never had any trouble with mice. You can pay extra to have late access if you can't get in before 10: 00pm. Melinda is easy to work with and wants you to have the best possible experience with storing your stuff with them. Definitely a place worth checking out if you are looking into getting some storage!
