I would like to give this place a five star rating however, my experience wasn’t great. I needed to get a storage unit for a PODS delivery and that company didn’t show up with my pods. I tried to call the Storage Martdirectly the same day that I found out that they weren’t going to show up, but I couldn’t get through to the actual store because it was on the weekend. We are so thankful for StorageMart, they have gone above and beyond for us in more ways than one. Every experience we have had here has stood out to us, they truly care about their customers! Every team member is beyond friendly and helpful! Special thanks to Tomas and Brenda for everything they have done for us. We had a very unique situation and Tomas went above and beyond to make our transition absolutely seamless, we can’t thank him enough. This facility is in an incredible location and is the most clean and spacious we have seen so far. We have full trust in this business and Tomas to take care of us and our belongings and will recommend them time and time again.
Quick and easy process! Storage unit was clean and ready to go! Lock was provided, which is a nice bonus.
