Nice, newer storage property for sure, but ... My monthly rate has more than tripled since I moved in earlier this year and was only a few months before it went up initially. Other admin fees not disclosed up front by the local staff attendant. I have expressed my displeasure to the company and still waiting to hear back. READ the agreement and ask questions BEFORE signing. If you need a nice property and don't care how much they charge you, then they are a good option to consider.
pretty bad experience. I ended up working there and how they rate change people saying they need to to keep up with pricing around summit is totally un true. Also don’t use their insurance. It’s just a way of them getting extra money off of you. Use your own personal insurance. Seeing how much they make from value coverage alone is sickening. Glad I moved to a new unit for way cheaper and I’m treated tremendously better. Use buffalo mountain or all valley. No proof of insurance or forced to buy insurance.
We called the 800 number for information about outdoor storage unit. Lauren assisted us and she was very helpful and friendly.
This experience was very easy and everyone was very kind and helping me with all the steps. The area looks clean and I'm excited to be able to use it.
