I called to discuss our options for storage at the Silverthorne location. Dana was extremely helpful in sorting out my options and finding the most affordable way to move forward. I highly recommend this location.
Absolutely outrageous. I was paying $50/month for my storage unit. Out of nowhere, they jacked it up to $275 — a 450% increase. No warning. No explanation. Just a new bill that’s over five times what I signed up for. Don’t rent here This isn’t inflation — it’s price gouging. It shows zero respect for loyal customers, and frankly, it feels like a scam. Avoid this place unless you want to be blindsided with massive, unjustified rate hikes.
Absolutely amazing experience at StorageMart in Silverthorne! Dayna went above and beyond to help me out and completely took away all of my concerns. I came in with a few issues, and she handled everything quickly, professionally, and with such a friendly attitude. It’s rare to find someone so helpful and genuinely caring in customer service these days. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. I highly recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Dayna!
One of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve toured. The staff is extremely friendly and offers a great experience. You don’t know storage if you’re not storing here!
Great location. Really easy as we make our way into Summit from Denver. Service was excellent – CJ was super friendly, got exactly what we needed & transparent.
