Where is the security? From DNAInfo: Property was stolen out of two storage lockers at the Storage Mart at Atlantic and Sixth avenues, police said. One locker was burglarized between Nov. 29 and Dec. 6, with the thief snagging $14,000 in property, including a 60-inch LG TV, a queen-size bed frame, a guitar, a keyboard and African drums. Another locker had items stolen out of it between Dec. 1 and Dec. 6, police said. The stolen property included a Panasonic keyboard and a West Elm armoire, according to police.

I made my reservation online and when I arrived, Frank, the manager, explained that the unit I booked was a little smaller (ceiling was lower) than other units at the same price and size (you can't see details about individual units when you book online). He gave me a few options for other units he could transfer me to if needed. Turns out he was right, and I took one of the other units he showed me, which was perfect. The staff, in particular, Gilla & Carlos were a great help and a please to do business with. The facility is clean and you can purchase all of you packing supplies right there. It was perfect!
