I was moving from larger storage to smaller. They went to my storage area and showed me which storage they would hold for me which was right across. BUT, when I went to move storages they already rented the one across the hall and had no others that size. No apologies at all and wanted to charge me higher for one size bigger even though they screwed me. I'm not going to go into how much inconvenience this caused me. I would not recommend them. This storage company is a disaster RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. They break into your units,, they are infested with bed bugs and roaches. The low price is not worth the headache.
RUN. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE PLACE. These people are so evil. They don’t give 2 shits about their customers, this is so horrible I have no idea what to even do right now. I rented this unit after finding out so had to leave to country for work on very short notice. I started moving in my belongings. Halfway through my code to get in the building stopped working.
