The corporate people have been incredibly helpful. The local managers have been a different story. After purchasing a unit through the corporate line, we were guaranteed our first full month to be free with a price lock of three months. The first month went well but after that we noticed patterns of blatant overcharging. Friendly and helpful
It was so quick and easy to get myself a storage space and set up payment. Megan was really nice and showed me which storage unit was mine, and showed me how to get into the gates!
