Fast easy service
Was told we could move in on the same day but code didn’t work until the next day. Don’t pay extra for a preferred unit if buying online, it’s a scam to get you to pay more. Local manager was supportive but overall I’m not thrilled by the storagemart system.
Was told we could move in on the same day but code didn’t work and there was no lock set up on the unit. Wasted 2 hours on the phone with customer service. Also, paid extra for a unit near the exit and got the unit in the worst possible location. Do not pay for preferred location, they just want to see who will pay it.
Told us multiple times our code will work to get in and that our unit was available when it never was. Will charge you without confirming you can access your unit.
Mr. T was very Pleasant and helpful. I recommend them.
