This is the worst storage facility in the Des Moines metro area. Messages left for over a month about defective gutters above my unit causing it to be inaccessible during even the slightest rain were never returned. Nor was the gutter fixed. There is literally grass growing out of the gutter. When I finally got through to someone today they refused to help in any way other than to call maintenance, giving no timeframe as to when it would be fixed.
