Up until this weekend, I would’ve recommended StorageMart in Ankeny, as I have had a small storage unit with them since last year without any problems and have always had a good experience. However, my experience has changed. I am not happy with the integrity or customer service at this location. I called to find out how much it would cost to upgrade to a larger unit than what I currently had and to check availability. Outstanding facility with plenty of clean and secure units available for all budgets. Manager Nick is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond keeping the units clean, double-checking locks are secure, gates and codes are working, and has earned my business each and every day!
