Just moved in after a long and not great history with another company, where the service and facilities have been getting worse and worse. StorageMart in Fairfax is the exact opposite. Every person on staff I've spoken with is super friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the location is highly secure. This Storage Mart is awesome to use and Manager Joe provides awesome customer service with information about the facility and to help customers with understanding how large the units are by letting you see the various sizes to help you decide what size space would be best for you.
