I want to thank Hannah for making sure her customers are well taken care of. I witnessed her being berated and verbally abused by a grown man that was being evicted. He was shouting and calling her names. My wife and I heard the commotion and went to make sure Hannah was safe. The man was threatening her but she acted with calm and grace. I helped my friend move to another facility. He was behind on his payment with StorageMart and after paying $500 in past due was given 72 hours to move. After struggling to find someone with a truck (me) we went on the final day after he got out of work. At 430 he was told he would have to be off the property by 5. We were obviously working hard to get his belongings. They were very rude and had absolutely no desire to act in a way that showed any human sympathy. The manager Hannah gives excellent customer service. She is always courteous and expresses genuine concern for her customers. If not for her going above and beyond that is why we still have our storage unit. We have been loyal customers for 3 years.
Got all my stuff stolen. Buyer beware. Photos are the aftermath. They did nothing to help me and made me feel like it was my fault.
Manager friendly helpful and provided excellent customer service!
