I had a great experience moving in today. The customer service representative (I forgot to get her name) was extremely helpful and even helped me load my cart. Everything from booking the storage to moving in was easy & seemless. I couldn't ask for anything better.

I've had storage space in various cities consistently throughout the last 35 years and she has been the most responsive, effective and active problem solving manager I have ever experienced. We needed to transfer "ownership" of the storage unit, including documentation and codes. When there was a challenge, she never failed to come up with an excellent solution that she could implement.
