BEWARE!! MARTIN CITY SAFETY STORAGE EMPLOYS FRAUDSTERS!!! I am currently WASTING my Saturday battling their unauthorized transactions on my credit card with a complaint to the BBB and disputes through my bank. AND THE BAD NEWS? It was the REGIONAL MANAGER, CAROL WRIGHT, that was responsible for hitting my card unauthorized, refusing to give me names or phone numbers for anyone above her to speak with about my concern, then hanging up on me when I asked for a number to talk to their corporate office. Its easy to find. The girl was helpful. Unit was clean and really cheap. The dock was inside - that day was raining.
Excellent staff and storage facility. Only 1 problem, they say you have 5 days before late charge applies but it's really only 4 days as they count the very 1st day that ur payment is due. So, if pmt is due on 1st, & they don't receive it by the 4th, your storage bin and access code is locked. They need 2 change their advertised late charge to 4 days. Michael & Missy are awesome staff!
