They were great with kind staffing and everyone was helpful. We rented at Garfield location. There was a leak in the ceiling which got into my unit and they covered the top with plastic sheeting, but still leaks occurred. We moved my items around to avoid the spot with water. However, I was only at the location for 1-2 months with a promotional offer if I think like $117 a month plus taxes, bringing me up to $145.
