So I was looking for a storage unit a little close to home something clean and convenient. I came upon prime storage located in Garfield on River Road and I have to say it is so cute so clean so friendly so Professional, has AC and elevator. Luz was amazing she explained everything no hidden fees she was polite And answered all my questions and concern she really heard what I had to say, and was able to accommodate me to the fullness. This place is horrible if you have insurance with them and your stuff gets damaged (they laugh at your lose of belongings) they take months to file a claim or even fix the leak in your storage, they go into your bank account and process payment without you authorizing it, their female manager is rude and unprofessional as well as the owner
