My objectives were to keep my stuff safe, dry and clean. I wanted to be able to get to it when I wanted and not worry about it the rest of the time. Storage 98110 has completed these perfectly. I have simply had no issues with them in the years we have used them.
This place hardly seems like a storage facility it was so nice, heated and well maintained. It was truly a luxury to be able to pull my car into the building to unload my stuff while it was freezing cold and dumping rain outside!!
Wow — what an amazing and beautiful storage facility! I’ve been working in the service industry for years, and I have never come across a storage unit that was this clean and well-maintained. It truly looks brand new. Great job!
Your reply is tone deaf. I don't take issue with the paving or facility upgrades. I do take issue with a same day, emailed notice and no signs posted in the facility. I finally called after 4 days of daily annoyance and the person on the phone offered no help or understanding of my situation or frustration, just, "Sorry you didn't see the email we sent on Sunday" (for paving Monday-Thursday of the same week). Nicest facility on the island... it's clean and secure with cameras everywhere. Having actual climate control was very important to us. The lease is month to month and it was easy to sign up online.
