Always clean and never had any issues getting in or out.
Lady was very hateful to me because I sat in my truck a minute in parking lot. She hatefully said this is a business. Not a parking lot. Her business is literally a parking lot. For boats and rvs. I told her I would move along. Dont know what they charge and now I don't care. A little kindness goes a long way!
They used to be a full-service boat repair shop and storage facility. But they retired from the repair and parts business and now you can only store your boat there but they are friendly people and their prices are great and it's very close to the boat dock I would recommend this place highly
