A wonderful experience! I had never used a storage facility before, and everything went so smoothly. Alycia made is so simple from move in to move out. She is so friendly and she made it so simple. The facility is super clean, safe and secure. This is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend it here and I know where I will come if I need to store things in the future. I am exceedingly grateful for Alycia and Budget Store and Lock - Storage Zone!
I have had a unit at this location for almost 2 years now have never had a problem with management or staff on one occasion I had issues and they were more than willing to work with me. I have nothing but good things to say about the shillington location and I would highly recommend

If you need storage accommodations for all your stuff, Budget Store & Lock Self Storage is an excellent option! I needed to find a temperature-controlled storage unit on the spot due to my moving situation at the time, and their manager Alycia was extremely helpful. The premium units available are the best! You can drive right inside through the large bay door and conveniently access your nearby storage unit to load and unload your car/truck. Check them out if you want to store your belongings in a clean, safe space!
