Very helpful and friendly *UPDATE - I just received notification that the unit rent would be going up by 50%, after only paying 1 month at the regular rate. Lillie, the site manager had previously told me that corporate would send me an email but that I should disregard it, and that my rent would be $60. Now I'm told, it's going up to almost $90.As a person on a fixed income, this is not doable, and i specifically asked what the rent was.
