Renter My husband and I have stored our personal items at Storage Zone for 3 years. The couple that own this facility have helped us out in so many ways. It is so nice to see a business that the owners are there everyday know you by name and are willing to work with you when you are having hard times. I read the statement from the people above and that is not at all what these owners are like, if you don't believe me come by and talk to any of their tenants and they will tell you how selflish these people are.
Potential Renter Beware! Mine and my husband's personal experience with this storage facility was sadly, one I wouldn't even wish on my worst enemy. Let me just say this, imagine being two weeks behind on the current months rent and you have made oral arrangements with the landlord on when you will be in to pay it and then when you talk to him, he informs you that he has taken everything you own to the city dump?
