Michelle did an amazing job. She Answered all questions, showed me all size units so we could determine what appropriate size we needed. She had a very positive, welcoming spirit. If we need storage in the future, we will be returning. She also showed me office suites, which I had no idea they offered.
This is the best customer service I’ve had at any Storage Extra and I’ve been coming to Storage Extra for years
