I had an excellent experience at this storage facility thanks to Stacy and Michelle. From the moment I walked in, both of them greeted me with warmth and compassion and took the time to explain everything in great detail about the storage space I was renting. Clean facility, amazing customer service, quick process! there was a lady filling in for the property manager, and she was so sweet and had amazing customer service she got me in and out!

I have been a customer of this place through three different managers. Deb, who I thought was a friend, shared my mother’s and my private information with non costumers. She then slandered my character for close to an hour with these non costumers and told these non costumers that she would call the cops on me if she ever saw me, without any notice of trespass. To say she is not professional is a severe understatement. She helped orchestrate the removal of my mother’s name from her unit to someone else. My mother was sick to... read more
