Chastity the manager did a great job!
I had such a great experience with everyone there. Easy to get started with a storage there and welcoming people. Even the after hours help was amazing...just a leave a voicemail and they are pretty prompt at getting back in touch with you. I didn't want to leave them..but never seemed to find anyone to help me move the things into it so I had the storage for months with only a Christmas tree in it so I decided to cancel it. But I know where to go when I'm ready for another one.
I've had a unit here for 3.5 years now, and have nothing but good things to say about this location. Theresa is the sweetest, most friendliest person ever, even when I'm way late on my payments. They never harass you like some companies will do, and are always polite, regardless of how past due my account is. The price of my unit has only gone up once in the 3.5 years that I've been with them, and that was laid out upfront to me when I signed the contract.
