Customer service and sales quickly answer calls and make rental process easy. Rates are very reasonable. I plan to rent a second unit in the next month.

Every one should be aware that the contract you sign for one of these units, managed by Storage Wise allows them to avoid plowing access to your rental unit because of "insurance" concerns. That means if you have an emergency that you need something from a unit, you cannot access it unless you hire your own plow. Or you can wait till the snow melts. In other words they are denying you access to the space you rented.
The online portion where you can reserve your space is amazing. I hadn't gotten my combination to the lock that they provided, So I called customer service. I talked to an actual person who was so kind. What a pleasure.! Highly recommend!!!
Toni at Marshall 1 was incredibly helpful as we made arrangements for storage in the middle of a hectic and quick move to the area from out of state. She made the whole experience a little less stressful.
