Trying pay on units and unable to reach owner.
The owner and his team are top tier in customer service. Charlie called me personally to be sure all my questions and concerns were addressed, as he knew we were about to make a big move. He also checked in via text every step of the way.
The unit was clean, staff is very helpful, and I was set up and ready to go in minutes.
Very friendly owner, was able to get everything set up. The website is a little buggy though.
Facility is a smidge tricky to find initially, but is in close proximity to town, which is appreciated. Gravel surrounding unit is well leveled. Units are kept well. I had 3 units and have had no issues whatsoever. When I forgot to lock my unit once, the owner called me to inform me and called to check on me and the unit until I locked it again. Appreciated the attention to detail. They are always so kind and willing to help their customers and communicate so insanely well! Plus competitive pricing!
