Although my need for a storage unit has come to an end, I wanted to report the great service I received at Big Tex Storage. I have been storing there for a while now, and every time I visited my unit to pick-up or drop-off stuff, I found Big Tex Storage to be clean and inviting. The manager at the property is just great. I received a reminder call when from him once when my rent was past due. He made the payment process easy. They let me use the Big Tex moving truck for free when I moved in' I just wish I could use it again ... read more
Moved to this area from Sugar Land, the service was great, the managers werevery friendly and the property looked very clean and well kept. After comparing them to Public Storage down the street, Big Tex had a great price and special for what i was looking for. I truly recommend this place.
