Friendly reception help! Fair pricing, no bs fees
Had mobile pickup set for a U-Haul, instead of parking it outside of the gate where there are two key boxes for mobile pickup they parked it behind the gate. To make matters worse no one was there to open the gate. I rang the bell and called the phone number and got no answer. Ended up jumping the gate to get to my reservation, luckily they had auto open exit gate.
Creepy deserted shack surrounded by crack cookhouses. Nobody was there so I had to call and open the lockbox by phone. Go to the main place on Nelson. It's the same people, but with an actual person working there.
Facility feels safe, I paid 256 bucks for a 30 x 10 unit. Ron has a gate code. That’s kind of safe feeling there’s people living on site so you can feel a little more safer. My roof did leak during a hard rain storm.
