Love Susan of this location manager for her smile, uplifting spirit! Soon as I walked in door to inquire available storage units before decision to moving forward she showed patience with my questions as she answered in details that were clear. Happy with her customer service
Stay away from this location at Ann and Decatur in NLV. Unbelievably rude people here and we had a terrible experience. Customer Service here is awful. When no help was offered my husband asked the office person their name and was told to “GET OUT”. I’ve since received a termination notice, which was written up the same day I paid. I’m talking to the district manager. No one should be treated this way.
