I don’t often leave reviews, but the staff here were so nice, helpful, and honest about pricing - they made all the difference when it came time for me to choose a storage unit. I had already visited five other storage places, but the staff here helped seal the deal!
Great General and Store Managers. But with a shortage of Managers it gets difficult to keep the stores open when the public (walk-ins) needs them to be..
I always appreciate the help and efficiency, I was given exquisite customer service and can't really complain about the units themselves. My one complaint would be the casual price raising. If I'm not in an out constantly or causing damages or needs from the establishment why am I being slowly charged more? Once again, customer service and the units themselves above standard and I will continue to store with CubeSmart
I have had storage at this facility for an extremely long time. My unit and the property have always been well maintained by Susan. She is professional, knowledgeable and is ready and willing to help any way possible. It’s was a shame that because of corporate policy the company split George and Susan up. They were a fantastic team and worked well together. In closing, I would like to say that your company is very lucky to have an employee as dedicated as Susan.
