I always appreciate the help and efficiency, I was given exquisite customer service and can't really complain about the units themselves. My one complaint would be the casual price raising. If I'm not in an out constantly or causing damages or needs from the establishment why am I being slowly charged more? Once again, customer service and the units themselves above standard and I will continue to store with CubeSmart
I have had storage at this facility for an extremely long time. My unit and the property have always been well maintained by Susan. She is professional, knowledgeable and is ready and willing to help any way possible. It’s was a shame that because of corporate policy the company split George and Susan up. They were a fantastic team and worked well together. In closing, I would like to say that your company is very lucky to have an employee as dedicated as Susan.
Kanita was great! I dropped my wallet while on-site and she quickly got in touch with me and returned it. I couldn't be more grateful for her level of service.
So happy I found this storage. Susan went above and beyond in assisting us today. She maintained a high level of professionalism and was extremely helpful throughout the process. She even took the time to demonstrate how to use the lock and remained composed despite dealing with challenges. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I would rate her 10/10 and highly recommend her services. She is also a very friendly person who answered all my questions and cleared my doubts.
