I released the units and they billed my card. And after many follow ups they did not refund and kept the deposit. There is nobody onsite to deal with. The people who answer the phone from a fake number in northern Colorado play a passive aggressive game and never return calls as promised. Units were good but they will rip you off at the end.

The units are great and getting signed in was easy. Moving out and asking for my deposit and prorated refund is like pulling wisdom teeth. Where the once friendly customer service staff are now rude. I don’t recommend this business.

The owner and been extremely helpful and supportive in all of our situations. The container unit works perfect for our needs and is rock solid. I would recommend them. I will say, the current third party they use for their phone system isn’t great and does NOT represent the owners ambition for customer service! They are aware and seeking a better solution!
