I've been leasing a storage unit from Trimark for several years now (at least 3 years - it's been so long I've lost count!) and it has been great! I know I can depend on nothing going wrong with my unit when I lease from Trimark. The AC is always running and there are two locks (keypad to get into the building and a door w/ lock for your unit).
