This is a first class facility -- very clean. The customer service is the best. Ms. Mary and Shay are very professional and should be the face of any storage facility. They greet you with kindness and make sure that all your needs are met. This kind of customer/tenant service should be highly appreciated and complimented. We are very pleased with their service. We would, without a doubt, recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.
I must tell everyone interested in renting a storage unit that Collierville's Storage Towne facility will offer you more than just satisfaction. Customer service from everyone i dealt with was top of the line; helpful, kind, professional, and personable. You couldn't ask for a better experience.
