UPDATE: Mr. Brown Gill helped me resolve all my issues. He was very helpful My storage unit was robbed and storgae towne refuses to take blame since they were bought out by Public Storage. I bought a storage unit from Storage Towne in January of 2019. I always paid for the insurance and I cought everything I needed including the lock I use for the storage unit. The BEST customer service! Judy and husband are so welcoming and lovely people. Storage is nice and clean with air conditioning. Its safe and secure. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a storage to come here!
