I recently rented a unit from Melody, the manager, at Storage Stop and she was so accommodating. She answered all my questions and placed a good deal of emphasis on the security features such as the cameras. I was most impressed that each unit door is individually alarmed. Gate access is from 7am to 7pm, but I was running late with my U-Haul and she stayed at the office so that I wasn't hindered with having to unload a bit late.
