Ravi Mohan and Bonnie Phipps both went above and beyond to make sure my move-in process was smooth! I was running late to pick up the U-Haul, and Ravi stayed a few extra minutes to help us, which made the entire move so much easier. Shout out to Bonnie! U-Haul hired the right person for the job! Professional, knowledgeable, inspirational, and upbeat! I had a lot on my plate when I walked in there, but with the van that I rented~ Perfection! Thank you, Bonnie for your assistance!

Ms. Bonnie was phenomenal! Great customer service. I came in discombobulated and in the midst of a family emergency. She was so patient and understanding with me. I actually laughed the entire appointment...which helped keep my tears at bay. Thanks for being You Ms. Bonnie! You really helped my family and I and you didn't even know what was going on.

Staff member was very pleasant. It was easy to pick up equipment. It was also easy to return via drop off because the location was closed and we finished earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend this location.
