Friendly, thorough & informed staff member, Cinnamon greeted me warmly and went to work assisting me assess what my needs would be. The facility is immaculate, the no key system is amazingly easy. They have trolleys to load belongings- what more can I say? I am impressed and rates are competitive! I highly recommend them!
The units are nice and Cinnamon was awesome helping us get into our unit, but we're disappointed that for such a new storage yard, some of the doorstops don't work and that the facility has provided rocks for tenants to use to keep doors open when moving things in and out of the buildings. Feels a bit cheap for such an important thing to be overlooked.
Storage Star Rio Vista is my 1st choice for my storage needs. It is very clean. The gate hours are late till 10pm with lots of lights. I feel my units are safe. You’re associate Cinnamon is very friendly, knowledgeable and Uses all her expertise making you feel very comfortable with all your choices for your storage needs.
