Each year they send you a fee rate increase disguised as a change of address form. You wouldn’t know it’s an increase unless you opened up the form, which you likely wouldn’t do unless you were changing your address. Now they changed ownership and added a credit card convenience fee without any notice. They won’t remove it when I asked. They make used car salesman look like angels.
